Bill Ramsey was born in 1943 in Essex, England. After 9 years of a relatively normal childhood, he was overcome, one afternoon with an icey chill. The stress of the chill caused him to sweat and in his words, the sweat froze to him as if went in went into a meat locker wet. He was then overcome with a powerful nausea and he was compelled to run on all fours. He had transformed into something…feral, primal and powerful. Feelings of extreme rage and hatred filled his mind and when his parents tried to come him down, he tore up fence posts like they were blades of grass and gnawed the steel wire of the garden fence with his teeth. Eventually, the beast-like rage left him and he returned to the innocent child he was before, Bill Ramsey. But for how long? Both the CIA and KGB were engaged in a fierce intelligence arms race. While the U.S. felt confident in its technological superiority, reports began to come in that perhaps the Soviets were developing intelligence-gathering methods based around more paranormal techniques. The CIA immediately took the initiative to try and assess the operational value of different types of psychic abilities. Acquiring government funding for almost a decade the CIA laid the groundwork for similar projects to be developed by the U.S. Army and Airforce. The project culminated in a United States Airman seemingly able to locate a downed Russian spy plane that crashed into the thick jungles of the Central African Republic. Satellite imaging had failed to locate the aircraft but the young volunteer, reportedly, was able to provide sets of coordinates that led a recovery team directly to the crash site. Masterfully worked relics made from gold and elephant tusks were only the beginning of the discoveries surrounding the site known as Sanxingdui. In the years of excavations that followed, more artifacts, large buildings, and even parts of city walls were uncovered and yet historians were puzzled as to what culture had left all these magnificent artifacts behind. A number of perfectly preserved masks were recovered at the site which had highly exaggerated features including large distorted eyes and wide flattened ears. Scientists, to this day, are still trying to uncover who left these artifacts behind as there is almost no record of this civilization in recorded Chinese history.
