RJS does an exceptional job at getting the news out and not being bias. I have seen other podcasts with two people and I feel like they make it more like a conversation between them, and I feel like I’m in the background. Quick and to the point, the host doesn’t put in much “noisy” content, instead focusing on the biggest topics / releases. Keep up the great work.EmailGeoffrey emailed Hi RJS:I wanted to give my input on the physical versus digital question.I had a PS Vita and used it a ton. I had more than 60 games. Of those 60 I had about 12 cartridges and the rest were all digital.I know this is very much a first world problem, but changing cartridges was a pain. I'm just saying I have really experienced this issue. Just consider over 4 plus years, playing 300 days a year.. that's 1,200 days.. and multiple games a day.. that can be thousands of cartridge changes. So obviously the bad things about digital:1. They cost more, you can't get the good Amazon.com prices2. I had to buy my own 200GB storage card for $783. If you get some bad games or finish a game you don't want, you're stuck with them and can't trade them in...All 3 of those items add to not an insignificant amount of money, I.e. Hundreds of dollars more to go all digital..The advantage of all digital: user experience.. it's more fun and easier and convenient. For me, video games are all about fun, so yeah I'm splurging and making it a luxury item to go all digital and I'm glad I have.Tweet From Rebecca@RunJumpStomp RE physical+download: it's fine if it can be downloaded with a used copy as well. Likely not the case for RE Revelations 2.VoicemailFrom JustinPhysical cartridge needing a digital download is the worst of both worlds!NewsNintendo Golf on every switch?Update Iwata was the programer on the gameNetflix is “Locked and Loaded” for Nintendo SwitchNot the best sourceGameplayTwo more levels of M+R I’m really bad at that game. If you’re a fan of the switch, this is a must listen podcast. It’s twice a week so it's a fantastic way to keep up on the latest switch news. The host gets right to the point and talks about all the latest news without it being drawn out for too long. Speaking of the host, he seems like a genuinely awesome guy. I’m not sure if I want to go get a beer with him, or just have him read me a bedtime story (his voice is very soothing). Keep up the great work with the podcast and thank you for taking the time to do this every week.TweetRaynor tweeted - I know what you mean. After the huge info drop we got, it's like what now. Switch Craft is my go-to Nintendo Switch podcast. The brief but more frequent episodes allow you to see what’s new with the Switch all week. I love being able to fit entire episodes in as I walk my dogs. Bill is honest about games, and not afraid to be critical of faults with Nintendo or developers. Would love to see this podcast start gaining traction and maybe start getting some interviews with game developers, but please stop calling football, baseball and basketball software “sportsball games.” Totally get it of you're not a fan, but it comes off as mocking sports games and their fans. I see some people have been giving one star lately and I just don’t understand that. Given, podcasts are up to a person’s tastes I think it's important to be objective. I can understand giving this podcast a 3 or 4 star if you prefer a different style. As for me this is a must listen podcast, and I probably listen to 3-4 hours of podcast per day while I work. This podcast has many qualities which I really like, starting with the host who is able to keep things brief and concise while getting across valuable information. I would add to this for a one man podcast the production value is top notch. The host has an excellent voice, great diction, and he is discerning about when to give the highlights of a topic or when to make a deeper dive. He’s always topical to my interests at any given moment which is great. I would also add that the demeanor of the host is great. Not only is he fair and honest with his assessment, but he does a wonderful job of giving relatively objective information and goes out of his way to explain his possible subjective biases. Tl;dr if you’ve got only 30 minutes to spare and want a thorough but brief recap of up to date Nintendo news, this is a must listen to Nintendo podcast!EmailHey Bill,Just wanted to send a message and let you know that I LOVE the podcast. To have a weekly podcast with only one person that remains so interesting each week is a real talent. I'm sure there's a good amount of preparation that goes into each episode, so thank you for taking the time to do it.Like you, I have fond memories of playing the Colecovision when I was a kid (mostly Smurfs and Zaxxon). I’ve been listening to gaming podcast for over ten years. This solo podcaster has one of the most logical, concise and friendly approaches to podcasts I’ve ever heard. The host covers the news Nintendo fans care about Furthermore, he knows what he’s talking about. In addition, the host stays constructive when others review and give him criticism for factors that are not necessarily relevant to a solo podcaster’s show. Thanks for taking the time to keep your show going, many of us appreciate what you put effort into doing.EmailVincent emailedHey RJS,This is Vincent again. Thanks for playing my voicemail on air! It was cool to hear.I teach fourth grade in a school district around Dallas. Of course, as soon as I hung up I thought about some other things I could have said- the switch is my first home console since the gamecube. Up until the switch came out, I just played my ds and 3ds and of that just mainly pokemon games. Part of the appeal of the switch to me was that I would be able to use it at school to play games with my kids- whether it be as an incentive or part of a lesson or something like that. Nothing like that has occurred in my class yet, but we will see. I have a vision of having my class play Mario Kart and collecting some sort of data on it. That would be pretty cool I think.Anyway, I'll leave a review for your show on iTunes one of these days. Thanks for all you do for the switch community.’TeacherInMe on twitterScott emailed2 things:1) you said that if you buy the physical version of Resident Evil 1 and2, you don't have to worry about the file sizes. I actually think Iremember reading somewhere that even the physical version would onlycontain #1 on the cartridge and then a download code for RE2. Which ofcourse is horrible, and one reason I might pass on this.2) You asked what size MicroSD cards people had. I got 128GB because I'mbuying physical of everything I possibly can. Due to resale andlongevity I don't trust digital downloads. As a result, this is going toaffect my purchase decision of RE1&2.Voicemail NewsReggie says Nintendo is trying to hit its 10 million console mark for holiday 2017ARMS getting custom controls!!!!Why wasn’t it at launch?Rumor of Nintendo Direct on September 13thGameplayNeuroVoider is a twi

The host is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. He is able to efficiently hit all the major news stories while adding some personal commentary. His punctuality with posting new episodes is impeccable as well. It is a great feeling to know which days I can always expect a new podcast about the Switch and know the content is going to be excellent. I would rate this podcast higher than five stars if I could! Keep up the great work.EmailHey man,Have started listening to your podcast. Love how articulate and succinct you are. I'm currently debating whether to take the plunge or not - I probably will 😉 - but just quickly... Where the hell is Switch Sports? Or a Mario Bowling? The thing that made the original Wii so popular. The thing that would show off the Switch and its controllers and would almost single-handedly sell an awful lot more units. Period. Gather ‘round kids. Let me tell you of why I think this podcast is the absolute pinnacle of Nintendo Switchery podcast perfection….First and foremost , RJS has the voice, the disposition, and maybe most importantly) a love for all things Nintendo. Put all that together in a padded studio and you’re cooking with gas my man. The show lasting on average 30 minutes is absolutely perfect for someone like me who is just about always slammed with work, traveling, or just trying to catch up on sleep, I can always squeeze in a half hour show to get caught up on the latest and greatest news within the Nintendo universe. I really can’t say enough good things about the show; it’s my all time favourite and I highly recommend it to anyone who is just as much of a Nintendo fan as I am. Thanks again RJS. I wish you lots of success in the future. I’ll be there supporting you every step of the way!JCavuto gave 2 stars and said there are many better Nintendo podcasts out thereSevin Korbo gave 1 start - Just falls short of what other podcasts bring to the table. One person rattling off news by himself does not a good podcast make. Yeah he has a nice voice, but I can’t stand it for so long, unbroken by any other voices or other opinion. That’s what makes Nintendo Voice Chat so good, they have multiple people with diverse gaming backgrounds. One person just can't cover all the Switch has to offer from a place of authority.JJeco also gave one star - A little one noteEmail Karl Emailed - Hey there, hope you are well.I have four friends who own a switch. Yet I'm the only one to have downloaded the Switch online app. There reasons for not downloading is that it's very bare bones, and is not particularly useful.I've come up with a couple of simple ideas which could entice people to use the app. Access to the E shop, allow me to buy content, when I'm away from my switch. Allow me to buy Amiibo data, and use my phones NFC to use data on my switch. Some of the Amiibo are hard to find, and some folk do not want the figures. Having a digital collection with out the clutter but all the benefits would be great. Access to my game screen shots. Take a pic in game, Up load to Lakitu (the Nintendo cloud) and have access to them on my phone, to do with as I want. Most people take there phone everywhere, so have some sort of street pass, maybe swap friend codes of people you pass. Are there any features you think would make the app better .........VoicemailNewsNindies @ Night stream on HyperRPGShovel Knight AmiiboNYKO unveils their portable dockNBA2K
