Everybody has gifts that are inherent within them but few know how to recognize those gifts and even fewer know how to monetize that gifts. Instead, many spend their time trying to strengthen their weaknesses. One of the lessons I've learned is that you don't have to necessarily develop your weaknesses. Sure you can round them out. But I found that the things that you naturally gravitate towards, are the talents that will actually move you towards your gifts that can be monetized.
