Financial economist and former MEP Godfrey Bloom discusses how the world is going through a bout of insanity not seen since 1914.  America’s aggressive militarism hearkens back to that of old Prussia. He sees a link between geopolitics, the major scare stories of today (e.g. climate, pandemic), and the pending crisis in international banking and fiat currency. It’s all interrelated and you always end up with a war somewhere. He discusses the “scamdemic” and how cases based on a dubious test are erroneously being counted instead of mortality numbers, which are tiny. Whereas, vaccinated individuals are being made ill or dying. The response to coronavirus is a hoax. These measures are reminiscent of the late 1930s, nobody seems to be frightened or concerned, they seem to be going with it. He discusses the digital passports, the climate agenda, and thinks it’s too late for the economy. We are on the edge of the ‘crack-up boom’ as the debt numbers we’re dealing with are beyond human imagination, everybody is going to have to default. He urges people to get their money out of the banks. The only way to stop all of what’s happening is for individuals to take action. Sam Jacobs (lead writer at Ammo) talks about why he is optimistic in the face of current events and why everything is going swimmingly! Gregory Copley returns to discuss Africa and how the continent is largely rudderless, as it is no longer receptive to the West, and China has retreated as BRI has run out of cash. Coup season is back in Africa, as there is no downside for a putschist staging a coup nowadays (e.g. Guinea, Sudan). Conflicts center around territory, population, and resources (e.g. water). We also discuss the recent Algeria-Morocco conflict and the rumors of war as Algeria shut off a gas pipeline for the first time in 25 years. The same people who ran U.S. policy to break up Yugoslavia are doing it again in Ethiopia, using up what little is left of U.S. prestigious to create disaster. Mr. Copley gives an update on the US-China “New Total War” and why China cannot afford to go to war under any circumstances. Meanwhile, the U.S was given the Central Asian region on a plate and threw it away. He was recently in Uzbekistan talking to the highest levels of government, who are harboring great anger towards Washington. He believes re-unification of Taiwan with China is a “fiction” and that Taiwanese defensive capabilities are growing faster than Beijing’s offensive capabilities. He discusses unrestricted or hybrid warfare, the “global mass psychosis” and wave of panic which began in 2020, and the rise of tyranny in the West. Australian Senator Malcolm Roberts discusses the so-called public health emergency and the draconian emergency measures and legislation being put into place. He argues there is no pandemic because there has been a normal death rate. This has changed since the introduction of vaccination, which is causing adverse affects and killing healthy people. James Kunstler returns to Geopolitics & Empire for an update on the “long emergency” and how the neo-Jacobin program is faring. He believes we are in the midst of a mass hysteria with the question being how to battle our way out of it. At the bottom of it all is the fact that techno-industrial economies have lost their mojo and are crashing, threatening to push us into a technological surveillance state. The cycle of politicians being able to get away with anything needs to be broken and the latest indictment by John Durham may contain seeds of hope. A very ugly struggle may ensue, which can include military conflict. He believes enough people will resist and put an end to the tyranny, that the techno-dystopia won’t succeed because of energy restraints, though we will wake up to a different world which will include the collapse and contraction of cities. A portion of it appeared as the cover story in the September 1996 Atlantic Monthly. His next book in the series, The City in Mind: Notes on the Urban Condition, published by Simon & Schuster / Free Press, is a look a wide-ranging look at cities here and abroad, an inquiry into what makes them great (or miserable), and in particular what America is going to do with it’s mutilated cities. This was followed by The Long Emergency, published by the Atlantic Monthly Press in 2005, is about the challenges posed by the coming permanent global oil crisis, climate change, and other “converging catastrophes of the 21st Century.” This was followed in 2012 by Too Much Magic: Wishful Thinking, Technology, and the Fate of the Nation which detailed the misplaced expectations that technological rescue remedies would fix the problems detailed in The Long Emergency. His 2008 novel, World Made By Hand, was a fictional depiction of the post-oil American future. It eventually became a four part series that included The Witch of Hebron, A History of the Future, and (forthcoming in June 2016), The Harrows of Spring. Mr. Kunstler is also the author of eight other novels including The Halloween Ball, An Embarrassment of Richesand Maggie Darling, a Modern Romance. He has been a regular contributor to the New York Times Sunday Magazine and Op-Ed page, where he has written on environmental and economic issues. Mr. Kunstler was born in New York City in 1948. He moved to the Long Island suburbs in 1954 and returned to the city in 1957 where he spent most of his childhood. He graduated from the State University of New York, Brockport campus, worked as a reporter and feature writer for a number of newspapers, and finally as a staff writer forRolling Stone Magazine. In 1975, he dropped out to write books on a full-time basis. He has no formal training in architecture or the related design fields. He has lectured at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Princeton, Dartmouth, Cornell, MIT, RPI, the University of Virginia and many other colleges, and he has appeared before many professional organizations such as the AIA , the APA., and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Strategist and market commentator Bill Blain provides his analysis of the financial markets and the potential storms on the horizon. Some of the biggest issues include the supply chain crisis and the dangers of inflation, all of which he says markets can cope with. However, what we can’t cope with are central bank and government policy mistakes (e.g. interest rates, taxes, austerity). Europe is going to see much higher prices and fuel poverty. His mantra is that things are never as bad as you think they’re going to be, but they’re never as good as you hope they’re going to be. The U.S. is going to be in trouble due to political impasse and divide in the country, meanwhile China is experiencing a power struggle between its different factions, and Europe and ECB are carrying out a monetary coup. He also discusses why the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency “end-phase” bubble is full on, though the technology itself can be put to good use (e.g. carbon credits).
