Lockdown Loneliness

The  pandemic left Kelly, aged 24, feeling alone and without purpose when her dance career was turned upside down. In January 2021, things came to a head for Kelly and she tried to take her own life. By reaching out to the Samaritans for support, Kelly was able to open up to her family and friends about how she was feeling and found a support network that led her to retrain and find a passion in fitness.
