Hello..!! Do you ever feel like this? You know those times where the FEAR kicks in and the pressure comes, and sometimes you just cant handle it. Maybe you freak out, get stressed, maybe even really angry at yourself or take it out on loved ones. I know for me in the past, this could definitely be the situation.. Sound familiar? I have a friend who is a retired New Jersey Cop for 13 years. It was crazy to hear the real stories of not only being a cop, but the incredible circumstances and danger that he went through on a daily basis. It makes you think. It makes you realise that your stresses and problems are nothing compared to running into a burning building to rescue someone. You risk your own life to saves someone else's. Is something you could do? A complete stranger? I don't know if I could, but I wanted to really jump inside the mind of someone who could. Do you remember your last birthday? Maybe you have one coming up soon?? How is it making you feel?? It some times for sure feels a little scary as we get older and start thinking about the end of your life, more than you do the middle, like you did when you were a kid..! You see how easy it is to start feeling SAD or STRESSED about where you are in your life right now. Maybe you thought you were supposed to be WAY FuRTHUR AHEAD than where you are right now? I choose to see things a DIFFERENT WAY, a way that might help you if you too..! I LOVE BIRTHDAYS..!! :) It gives me time to reflect and that means i can start to really take a look at where I am in my life, BUT the difference i do not judge. Why would I know inside that i am doing my best. There is always going to be someone RICHER, HAPPIER and FITTER that you. It does not matter how GOOD you are.. That is simply truth. So don't FOCUS on them, focus on YOU :) You see none of anything outside of you can control so instead focus on HAPPY MEMORIES..! It is that simple, I know i can make myself HAPPY, my changing my FOCUS to HAPPY things.. I could teach you a 1000 different ways to do that, (that is what the ACADEMY is for). Instead I look at BIRTHDAYS with an honest view point. This way i can see what i DONT WANT in my life anymore and BUILD MORE of what I do.. How COOL is that, if you can use birthdays as a way to GET RID of what does not SERVE YOU anymore..! See why I love birthdays, now ha BRAIN TRAINING **Take a note pad and pen** Step 1: Write down a memory of being HAPPY (where you were, who you are with, all details) Write down a memory of LETTING GO of something that does not serve you anymore in life. Step 2: Close your eyes and sit and experience that HAPPY memory and allow that feeling to pump around your body..! Then imagine having the conversation, or cutting up a card, or whatever it is that you are going to let go of in your life. Imagine feeling so HAPPY that you are LETTING these things go..! :) You can do this technique I made for you with anything in your life..! Happy building your Mindset By Design.
