Julius Caesar may have defeated the fiercest of the Belgic tribes but there are still tribes that continue to resist. Using siege warfare the Belgae have not dreamed of, Caesar sets out to teach them that resistance to Rome is futile. Upon completion of the campaign Caesar declares the whole of Gaul as being pacified.   Back at home, Rome goes absolutely wild. The Nervii, fiercest of the Belgae, gather en masse to confront Julius Caesar and his legions. Caesar races ahead to meet them. On the bank of the River Sabis the Nervii set an ambush that Caesar and his Romans walk right into. A chaotic large-scale battle ensues.
