58: Why Systems Are the Answer
We are super passionate about the topic of systems, because systems lead to professionalism. In this episode we talk through our systems and how they make life as a Realtor easier. When you create repeatable systems you build confidence, create consistency and produce repeatable client experiences. One of our favorite FREE resources is using Trello for our pipeline and prospects. You can find Alissa’s tutorial on using Trello here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLQi2Z74hko If you don’t know where to start on your systems, join Katy for her course, Agent Systems 101. www.katykcaldwell.com/systems

57: Take a Day Off!
Inspired by an instagram post that Alissa was taking a random Friday off, here are our thoughts on the whys and how to take a day off as a Realtor. Deep at the core of the “I never take a day off” issue is a mindset breakdown fueled by fear and scarcity. If you are struggling with feeling burned out and have no time for yourself, it is time to revisit one of our favorite things to talk about: boundaries & self-care.
