Dr. Lehr is currently an associate professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Messiah University. His areas of interest and expertise are in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, teaching and learning, manual therapy for the foot and ankle, movement assessment techniques, and musculoskeletal injury prevention strategies. Dr. Lehr has had extensive higher education teaching experience as a core faculty member in an entry level doctoral physical therapy program. Clinically, he still maintains clinical practice in the outpatient setting. He is an accomplished scholar with numerous peer reviewed scholarly products over the last decade at the national and international level and has been lead instructor for many continuing education courses related to his area of expertise. Despite this great success - Dr. Lehr did not have an easy path, as you will learn by the numbers 37 and 1 in this episode!

In this episode of the Brawn Body Podcast, Dan is joined by former NFL player and founder of Ice Shaker Chris Gronkowski to discuss the lessons he learned growing up in the Gronkowski household, the value of hard work, and the Gronkowski's companies and charities, from Ice Shaker to Gronk Fitness.
Chris Gronkowski is the owner and inventor of the Ice Shaker. He first made a career for himself as a professional football player. He joined the NFL in 2010 after being signed by the Dallas Cowboys as a fullback. During his years in the NFL, Gronkowski also played for the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos. In 2016, he decided to put his entrepreneurial skills to the test when he set out to create a protein shaker bottle that would alleviate many of the issues he and other avid athletes experience with standard protein shakers. Ice shaker continues to grow and expand, and now offers a wide array of new products, including coolers!
