Authorities in two Missouri counties have charged Ashley Parmeley, 36, with murder after she reportedly confessed to killing both her children. An Iowa jury found Samantha Bevans, 35, guilty of first-degree murder of helping her boyfriend, Tacoa Talley, kill Jodie Bevans. The victim was found dead inside her home after a welfare check.
