Doreen Virtue was once one of the most well-known figures in the New Age movement. A successful author and purveyor of Angel Cards, a tool of the occult, she had an awakening in 2017 that burst through her spiritual fog and led her right to Jesus. Now, Virtue is warning people not to buy her old products, to flee the New Age, not to pray to angels, and to cling to Christ. It’s a remarkable turnaround that came after Virtue read the Bible and finally saw the evils of the occult.“I'm devastated that some people may be in hell now because they were following my work,” she said on the “Ex-Psychic Saved” podcast. “It's heartbreaking every day to realize my old work’s out there and what I did.”But Virtue relies on the Lord, telling host Jenn Nizza she’s grateful for God opening her eyes and heart to the Gospel and saving her “while there was still time.” “It's a miracle,” she said.Virtue discussed some of the lies she believed as a child, including the claim she didn’t need to read or trust the Bible, that Jesus was simply a man, and that he was a wish-granter of sorts. As she grew up, she soon found herself doing readings on people, and using angel cards to try and channel spirits to convey information.Eventually, she moved into creating her own angel card decks and found massive success selling them — as well as her popular books — to people in the New Age movement across the globe.“It just became this phenomenon really quickly and I thought it was God's blessing on me,” Virtue said. “I didn't realize that the devil will use people … to further his deception.”She continued, “And so I was being used by the devil, thinking that I was getting rewarded.”By all worldly standards, Virtue had it all: an ocean-front house, nice furniture, and a family. Ex-psychic medium Jenn Nizza is on a mission to warn people against engaging in the occult and to spread the Gospel. On this premiere episode of her new "Ex-Psychic Saved" podcast, she discusses the “huge consequences” and terror she faced while engaging in the occult for decades.“There was a lot of fear, anxiety,” Jenn Nizza said. “I was raising my daughter this way … in a house of demons.”Nizza said she was fully embroiled in the “darkness of the demonic,” with her foray into that realm beginning when she was 12 years old.“When I was 12, I started having these premonitions, and so these were these visions and dreams that came true and they weren't very profound, but very odd,” she said. “I was a kid.
