But now that he's aging and slower, it's more difficult for him, and that seems to be contributing to what people are characterizing as the mumbling or the stumbling or even the losing his train of thought.”John and Harry also give us a clear contrast of Biden’s mental acuity vs Trump’s constant brain failures. “Biden’s a flawed candidate, Dr. Segal said. “But compared to Donald Trump he's perfect.
