We all need to develop our EmQ or empathy intelligence by slowing down to sit on the curb of life. Mentors act as points on the compass helping orient us to know which way is North, South, East, and West. But a compass is only useful if we know where we intend to go, so what core values act as the gravitational pull of your open hands (humility), being present with grateful positivity (gratitude), and seeing others with uncluttered clarity (simplicity) are the gravitational center of my relationship compass.
