If there isn’t any zoning, look at the surrounding developments that already exist. For example, if there are a lot of houses, go with that. If there’s a lot of office or industrial buildings, go that direction. Using this strategy mitigates NIMB (Not In My Backyard) issues which are common all over the world.

However, it’s less common for them to flip land. Regardless of the land flipping, Lucas still prioritizes his multifamily investments above all else to ensure that his investors’ capital is well managed.- The number one fear that people have about investing money is losing money. However, most people don’t think twice about investing in Tesla stock or Bitcoin. When it comes to real estate investments, typically the investor just needs to be educated that real estate is actually a relatively safer investment, and explain the advantages and disadvantages to educate away the fear.
