Bradley is the CEO of central London developers CO-RE, specialising in large-scale complex assets.He has worked in the central London office market for over 30 years. He specialises in London occupiers and their design requirements. He is also responsible for scheme branding and leasing.Bradley became an equity partner at Knight Frank in 1999 and founded and headed their central London tenant representation team.He has an intimate knowledge of what occupiers need, having advised major organisations on some of London’s largest office deals, including Estée Lauder’s HQ at 1 Fitzroy Place, Swiss Re's acquisition of The Gherkin, Guardian Media Group’s headquarters at King’s Cross and M&G’s offices at 10 Fenchurch Avenue.Bradley was appointed Chief Executive of CO-RE in November 2021 having joined as a director in 2018.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 200 local meetings and events across 15 countries. Van Doorn joined ULI from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring.Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy.Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. She started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

John Hoyle is an entrepreneur and real estate professional focused on developing social ventures for profit in the UK and beyond.After a career as a Platoon Commander with the British Army serving in Germany, Iraq and London, John became a development manager in Abu Dhabi, and - on his return to the UK - worked for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games, and Grosvenor Estates.John founded Sook in 2019 to address the acute problems facing the UK High Street.

Giles Barrie has over 30 years’ experience, and specialises in communications strategy, media relations, thought leadership, research and crisis communicationsHe is a former Editor-In-Chief of Property Week who has also worked at the architects’ paper Building Design and as Deputy Editor at Building magazine.Giles won British Society of Magazine Editors, Periodical Publishers Association, Association of Online Publishers and International Building Press awards before joining FTI Consulting in 2013.He works in corporate and financial communications and public affairs and advises some of the UK’s best real listed real estate companies, fund managers, developers, advisers, contractors and architects.

Andrew is a Founding Director of Waugh Thistleton Architects, a practice dedicated to delivering beautiful buildings and places that acknowledge their effect on the environment. He is a world-renowned spokesperson for low impact architecture and innovative construction, and lobbies and lectures internationally, communicating the urgent need for change to mitigate the climate crisis. A pivotal player in the global shift towards renewable, bio-based materials, Andrew’s innovative approach to design has been acknowledged by many awards including The RIBA President’s Award for Research and a Stirling Prize nomination in 2018. The practice is currently engaged on both research and design projects throughout Europe and North America.

With nearly 30 years immersed in the worlds of retail and real estate, specialising in brand-building and placemaking, Beverley’s key involvement in the transformation of both Selfridges and the Covent Garden estate into two of London’s best-loved destinations led to the founding, in 2017, of Churchill & Partners. 

Since founding EDGE in 1997, Coen van Oostrom (1970) has built the company into the largest commercial property developer and investor in the Netherlands and one of the largest in Europe. 

Dan Labbad was appointed Chief Executive of The Crown Estate in December 2019 and is an Executive Member of the Board.The Crown Estate’s portfolio includes extensive property interests in London and across the UK, a substantial rural holding and Windsor Great Park. After more than a decade at EG, this summer Damian Wild became managing director of ING, the leading PR + Communications agency for the built environment.Damian has spent more than 25 years working in business information, as a journalist, editor and publisher. He has worked in the UK and Hong Kong, across a number of sectors. He began his career at Public Finance magazine in 1993 covering local government and moved to Hong Kong in 1997 where he worked on the South China Morning Post during the handover.
