After starting an internet company in college and selling it at 34 for over $5M and retiring at 36, Jeremy has dedicated his life to teaching personal finance. He founded the Personal Finance Club, a community of champions of individual investor who help further financial education.

Her motivation was fueled by her start as a teenage mom, a father who died young at age 44 of a heart attack, and her divorce by age 22. She gives hope to women who are on the front lines of maintaining the household finances, with her 4-step plan to change their family legacies. After Covid, after many had to quit their jobs and take care of school-aged children, coupled with inflation at an all-time high, Monica's teaching is helping many families.

Joe Sullivan is the founder of Hawk-Eyed Legacy. Joe is a husband, father, believer, coach, and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping others and changing communities for the better!  Joe spent 12 years in operations for a Facility Services company and has recently transitioned to a full-time multi-family real estate investor. Joe brings years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies into his real estate investing career. In 2018 he started investing in duplexes in Kansas City and then made the leap into multifamily apartment investing. He is a member of MIH Mastermind and GoBundance which has helped push him to scale his business to 1,400+ units owned and self-managed in the midwest. Joe is a multifamily coach for the Jake and Gino community, where he started his multifamily education. He is passionate about giving back to the community which helped him get his start in multifamily investing. His “why” is to leave a legacy for generations and provide freedom for his family. Joe resides in Kansas City with his wife, Tonya, and their four daughters.

Corey Walker is the co-author of Instagram for Dummies, and Instagram for Business for Dummies, a how-to guide for using Instagram to market your business. She is also the owner of The Marketing Specialist, a digital marketing agency in El Dorado Hills, California. Corey works with several clients to produce social media strategies, including creating graphics and written content, advising on video, scheduling content, buying ads, and tracking analytics. She loves helping businesses achieve success in the online world!
