ADAM SMITH is a Food Waste Activist, Plant-Based Chef, and Ethical Entrepreneur. He's the founder and co-director of the amazing multi-award-winning global initiative: The Real Junk Food Project (TRJFP), and is one of a tiny minority of people who runs a business that actually values people above profits. He's faced, and has come through adversity in his own life, and those hardships have helped him become the person he is today.  In 2014,  he was voted one of the forty most influential men in the world by AskMen, and in 2017 the Telegraph voted him as one of top 50 most influential people in UK Food & Drink. STEVE BASKIS is a retired US Army veteran, who, in 2008, suffered severe wounds due to an improvised explosive device (IED), his injuries were extensive, and included loss of sight, multiple shrapnel injuries, along with nerve damage to his left arm. Thanks to his courageous and selfless service, he was immediately awarded the Purple Heart medal by the US President.  Today, he's an established author, presenter, athlete, and motivator. He's won awards for his contributions to the blind community, he's medalled at the national level of both the summer, and winter Olympics, and he has his own non-profit organisation: Blind Endeavors. WILL CHESNEY is a retired US Special Forces Navy SEAL. He, and his dog, Cairo, were involved in the US military's 2011 raid, Neptune's Spear, that resulted in the death of Osama Bin Laden. RALPH BLUMENTHAL is a renowned journalist, author, & lecturer. For more than 45 years, he wrote for the New York Times. His career there has been as illustrious as it has been varied, he's previously been an arts and culture news reporter, investigative and crime reporter, and foreign correspondent, amongst other things. More recently at the NYT, he's been working on breaking UFO related stories. He’s well known for being part of a small team to publish a 2017 article that changed the conversation on UFOs - "Glowing Auras and 'Black Money': The Pentagon's Mysterious UFO Program".   Ralph has written several books, both fiction and non-fiction. His most recent publication though, is a biography of the late great Dr. John Mack, titled "The Believer: Alien Encounters, Hard Science, and the Passion of John Mack." John Mack was an eminent Harvard psychiatrist who was focused on making a positive difference in his community, and for individuals within it. His career was so diverse, his interests so wide ranging. He was a great mind that not only succeeded in the eyes of his peers, but unlike most people in his situation, he was able to break down the walls of the dominant paradigm of our time and truly think outside the box. He surprised himself by developing an interest in the alien abduction phenomenon, this interest grew and he risked his career and reputation to try to find out as much as he could about it. CHRIS WADDELL is a world renowned skier, Paralympian, and speaker. He lost the use of his legs after a freak skiing accident, he went on to beat the odds and ended up making it into the US Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame, AND the Paralympic Hall of Fame. ERIK WEIHENMAYER is the first blind person to ever summit Mount Everest, he's also climbed the rest of the 7 summits. He's led an expedition taking 6 blind children up a 7,000m mountain, discovered an ice palace, climbed El Capitan, ice-climbed up a frozen waterfall, parachuted, paraglided, sky-dived, he's kayaked down the Grand Canyon, including Lava Falls.
