My guest in this episode is Ryan Wright. Ryan is an Income Hacker. He started his first business at 15, and by 19, he had already sold two profitable companies. He then entered real estate, purchasing his first duplex at 21. Since that time, he has worn the hats of real estate agent, mortgage broker, wholesaler, fix-and-flip investor, private and hard money lender, landlord, entrepreneur, and business leader. He now runs a top personal finance, FIRE, real estate, and personal motivation podcast called Income Hacker. Ryan aims to guide as many people as possible to be financially free in 10 years or less by utilizing Income Hacking. He has completed an Ironman, has a stand up desk, rides a Slingshot, wears Brooks Sneakers, and has created four real estate investing software tools that incorporate the hacks that made him so successful. He speaks nationally but calls Salt Lake City home. He loves his wife, his two young sons, and the Utah Jazz. He spends time snowmobiling and fishing. Ace Chapman has been purchasing websites to create income streams for over 16 years. The first website he bought was an online stock market simulator in the early days of the Internet. My guest in this episode is Charles Spitzer began his career in 1977 with the international CPA firm of Peat Marwick, now KPMG. His practice was centered in financial institution work. In 1983 he started a CPA and business advisory firm based in the Dallas Fort Worth area that became a specialist in financial service organizations, with an emphasis in insurance entities. He grew that practice to become one of the top 25 CPA firms in Tarrant County. In 2003, he sold the CPA practice and joined a Dallas based financial service organization, serving as an equity partner and Chief Financial Officer for the affiliated group of companies. During his tenure with the financial service organization, he became proficient in the planning aspects of using 831 (b) captive insurance companies as an effective risk transfer vehicle. After successfully assisting clients in the implementation of the strategy, he made the decision and founded Captive Insurance Group, LLC. His significant experience as a tax professional with significant insurance experience brings expertise to the implementation of the captive insurance strategy from both a regulatory and tax perspective. My guest in this episode is Bill Bromley. Bill has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years. His experience ranges from holding middle management in Regional Banks to starting a successful de novo bank from scratch. First Sterling Bank started as a de novo bank in 1988 and is now part of Bank of America. Bill also led an investor group that bought and recapitalized a troubled Eagle National Bank with a $10 million initial capital raise. It took 18 months to bring the bank back to satisfactory condition and built its asset base from $60 million to $300 million while increasing the capital base to $25 million. Bill has also held board of director positions with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and the Pennsylvania Community Bankers Association. He is now the CEO of Capital Source 2000.
