As you know, we’ve had some pretty incredible guests here on Self Storage Income, but I have to be honest here… I’m extra excited for our guest today. Welcome back everybody to the Self Storage Income Podcast!    We recently did a podcast titled - 'The Deals Are Coming Back'... if you haven't listened to that episode, you should. But before you lose your mind thinking things are going to "crash" (I don't believe they are), hear me out - there's going to be more buying opportunity in the next couple of years in self storage than there possibly ever has been.
