The Department of Defense Office of Inspector General made public Thursday a report that states the effort of the U.S. military to investigate and analyze Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena needs work and is uncoordinated. The DoD OIG also stated that the Department of Defense’s “lack of a comprehensive, coordinated approach to address UAP may pose a threat to military forces and national security.
