Build For Better

This week I am joined by Ryan Bricklemyer, who heads up Operations for T-Mobile Advertising. Ryan is a Swiss army knife, Product / Operations / Strategy and so, so much more. The topic this week is Unmixed signals, or more specifically how Ryan navigates communication between different parts of an organization. After writing a book and struggling to figure out what to do with it for 3 years, I decided to create a podcast around it.  I will be talking to some of the most influential, intelligent, kind, and nurturing people that I have come across in my career in building digital products and companies. Luckily for me, and hopefully for you, many of them are juggernauts in the space with insights that have quite literally saved my career at times. The goal of this podcast is to impart that wisdom to you, and to start meaningful conversations as a community with an eye on all of us getting better. Better at building companies, better at building products, better at building communities, and maybe, just maybe, working on building a better world. But let's start small.  Welcome to our community.
