63: You Are Enough – 3 Ways To Own Your Worth On Social Media & Beyond

What other people share on social media has nothing to do with your path.  In this solo episode, I share 3 ways to shift your mindset around comparison, how you express yourself and your work on social media, and the old belief that you’re “not enough”.  When I launched the first round of the Conscious Social Media Program, I had limiting beliefs in my head that it was too late to put out an online course. The program ended up being supported and promoted by way more people / podcasts / platforms I could have imagined, and I got even more students than I wished for – from The Numinous to Natalie Miles and The Dreamerie. The enrollment for the next 8-week Conscious Social Media Program kicking off September 2 is now open on and is limited. Most likely, I will not be running it live again. If you’re ready to take your online presence, your message, and your energy as a leader to the next level with the help of your inner tech (intuition) + outer tech (social media) + my presence and everything I know about building brands, positive impact and making money online, join me. ☄︎  Save your spot here.  Watch the IGTV associated with this episode here. Creating Space: The Podcast Is Going On A Summer Break

I’ve decided to take the rest of the summer off to enjoy our new property, work on making our tiny house a home, and spend time with my family. I will still be recording episodes (with some rad guests!) this summer – make sure you subscribe to the podcast wherever you listen to podcasts to not miss the new episodes in September. That also means that the Conscious Social Media Program will not be launching on July 15 as I had previously shared – instead, it will launch on September 2, 2019. You can hold your spot here!  In this short episode, I share why I’m taking this break, what I’m creating the space for, and invite you to consider what you’re ready to create space for in your life.  See all show notes and previous episodes on wokeandwired.com. 61: Social Media Energy Hygiene — 5 Practices That Work

Energetic transmissions through social media are real. It’s natural that scrolling on Instagram makes you feel all sorts of feelings. You may be picking up on the energy of someone you’re following. Or maybe you have experienced getting aware of emotions within yourself that previously went unacknowledged. It’s especially true when the world or communities around you are going through major social, political and economic events. When it comes to energy exchange, social media is no different from the physical realm. Seeing a single Instagram post might leave you feeling moved and inspired, or completely wrecked. I discovered the concept of “Energy Hygiene” through a podcast on shamanism years ago, while taking my daily walk through Central Park to my then full-time job.  Energy hygiene is all about taking charge of your energy and having the tools keep your energetic field (including conscious and subconscious feelings and emotions) clear and centered. In this episode, I share the 5 tools and practices that have personally helped me keep my energy protected and clear, no matter how noisy and charged my social media feed gets. I’m sharing these with you with the intention of supporting you in using social media as a tool to help you connect and grow. This is the foundation of using social media as a manifestation tool. 60: It’s Not Business, It’s A Spiritual Journey – SUZY BATIZ, Founder of A $500+ Million Empire (Poo~Pourri and Supernatural)

10 years ago Suzy Batiz thought she was on her path to becoming a shaman, but life had other plans. As of 2019, Suzy is on the Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women in America 2019 list. Having experienced some of life’s lowest lows — poverty, sexual and domestic abuse, depression, two bankruptcies and a suicide attempt, today Batiz is transforming what it means to be alive by pushing the limits of what we think is possible. She does so through her businesses Poo~Pourri and Supernatural, as well as through her social media presence, public speaking, and an upcoming course. I met Suzy through her mentee Amy Jo Martin (and had the honor of staying at Suzy’s Dallas house mentioned here), who in turn has mentored me through the Renegade Brand Bootcamp. See all show notes on wokeandwired.com. In this conversation, we discuss: Why it’s important to merge spiritual and business worlds Why “resonance” is the most important principle when choosing business ideas to pursue What Suzy loves about social media Her approach to creating a personal brand Suzy’s process for creating a businessWhat had to happen on an energetic level for Suzy to land on the Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women in America 2019 list Her take on Ayauhaska What makes Suzy a “scroll stopper” Why she’s not selfish with her ideas Mentioned in this Episode: Amy Jo Martin’s Renegade Brand Bootcamp Parnell Institute Forbes’ List of America’s Richest Self-Made Women Osho-inspired retreat Ksenia went on
