Microbiome-Based Personalised Nutrition with Lihi Segal
Lihi Segal is the CEO and co-founder of revolutionary microbiome-based health app, DayTwo, which uses big data and machine learning algorithms to create personalised nutrition plans. DayTwo is based on research conducted by Professor Eran Segal and Eran Elinav from the Weizmann Institute in Israel, which was used to create an algorithm that can predict a patient’s glucose response to foods based on their personal and microbiome data.
