It was a show missing a lot of names due to illness and travel issues, and it suffered for it, but they also had four days to promote All Out this Sunday in Chicago, which didn't help matters. Solomonster reviews WWE Monday Night Raw for August 21st with yet ANOTHER main event featuring Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn against The Judgment Day. I sometimes feel like I'm watching a replay of the same show every week. At least the crowd in Quebec City was livlier than they were in Winnipeg last week, plus we had a very good Intercontinental title match between GUNTHER and Chad Gable with a finish that keeps the issue between them going into Payback.
