Together with his father, he pioneered a unique no-money down real estate transaction process in the UK. He went on to help investors purchase property worth over £20m with this strategy. At the age of just 18, he also completed his first independent real estate deal for three flats in the heart of London’s financial district, which netted him a cash-back on purchase of £68,000 and £250,000 in equity.  After a friend suggested that Minesh help others do what came to him naturally, he created an investment education company.
