Do You Feel Out Of Control | Ep 398

Think back to a time when you felt completely out of control. Maybe you lost your job, or your boyfriend broke up with you, or someone you love was facing an illness. When life gets out of hand we often feel a loss of control resulting in chaos, anxiety, frustration.Organizing provides a sense of security and preparedness in a world that is otherwise filled with so much uncertainty. In other words, it gives us a sense of control.“The physical act of organizing a space, working methodically through each drawer or cabinet can be quite soothing.”Here’s the catch…. Be mindful not to swing the pendulum too far the other direction.  Trying to control every situation and variable is a losing battle. You’ll Learn:Links Mentioned In this Episode:Streamline Your Wardrobe with Your Color Guru.
