She has worked globally, across a multitude of client situations and industries, integrating real-world experience with recognized approaches to coach the C-Suite and help clients drive transformational agendas to unlock the potential of their organizations, people and technology. Stacy has designed, led and successfully implemented strategies in the areas of enterprise and digital transformation, talent and HR, finance, operations, marketing, and client services. Stacy is a sought-after speaker on the topic of the Future of Work in Healthcare and has led our Global point of view in this space given the in-Industry impacts of automation and digital.
