Sunday, November 13, 2022 - Moscow, Idaho Police responded to a house regarding a report of an unconscious person. The 911 call came in at 11:58AM. When police arrived they found four University of Idaho students dead in an off campus rental house. This was quickly ruled to be a quadruple homicide. The victims were identified as Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves and Xana Kernodle. This case is very new and police are seeking the public’s help. Allen of Delphi, Indiana was formally arrested and charged for the murders of Liberty “Libby” German and Abigail “Abby” Williams. Following the arrest, an announcement was made that the Probable Cause Affidavit requesting that Judge Diener sign off on Allen’s arrest would be sealed. Late last month a redacted version of this 8 page document was released to the media and public. Here in the Garage we have kept a close eye on this case and have been asked to give our thoughts on what we are seeing and what we are not seeing in this document. Delphi Murders Update ////// 625www.TrueCrimeGarage.com Friday, October 28, 2022; there was breaking news in the Delphi murders case that an arrest has been made. Today Indiana State Police confirmed the arrest of Richard Allen. He has been charged with two counts of murder.
