Clayton Christensen Revisited, featuring Mark Hatch
In Episode 68, we re-visit a true titan of innovation. We were saddened when he passed away earlier this year. We are joined by a very special guest, Mark Hatch - Speaker, Writer, Advisor and Consultant in Exponential Innovation, Advanced Manufacturing and the Maker Movement. Clayton wrote many books on and around the topic of innovation and was a Harvard Business School Professor. Arguably, his most significant contribution is his theory of "disruptive innovation" - considered the most influential business idea of the early 21st century. We previously delved into Clayton in Episode 39.

Jim Collins - Great by Choice
In episode 67 we look into the book Great By Choice which analyses what makes the world’s best companies thrive in even the most uncertain and chaotic times, by distilling nine years of research and great stories into three actionable principles. Lessons: Great companies have incredible discipline. You should innovate only when the evidence supports it. Never rely on luck or chance to take care of things, maximise them by working hard instead.
