She is a mother of 6, personal fitness trainer, yoga and self-defense instructor, inspirational speaker, life coach and spiritual teacher. Sunny is also a martial arts therapist for Kids Kicking Cancer where she helps children with chronic illness overcome the fear and physical discomfort of their condition and treatment.
In this episode, we explore Sunny's journey and hear her lessons on taking care of one's mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well as develop a health self image and body image.
