Navy SEAL | Jimmy May

Jimmy May joins EO 360 this week to talk about his experience as a Navy SEAL Commander. With 22 years of active service, Jimmy has extensive experience working in high-stakes situations across the globe. He’s had seven deployments to the middle east and has been awarded 3 Bronze Stars and the Purple Heart, among other awards. Having completed undergraduate and post-graduate from Texas A&M and Harvard respectively, Jimmy uses his knowledge and experience to develop and teach curriculums on combat ethics and leadership. He also started Mayday Executive Services, which helps companies develop camaraderie, unit cohesion, and team synergy through intense experiences. Jimmy is also the CEO of Beyond the Brotherhood, a non-profit that focuses on helping Navy SEALS transition to the civilian sector. He’s also the CEO of Sushi Assassin, an in-home sushi catering business. Pioneers | Shelby Scarbrough

From Burger King to Air Force One, Shelby Scarborough’s journey has been a special one. Her first job right out of college was with The White House, as a Presidential Trip Coordinator for President Ronald Reagan. She was part of the coordinating team for many of President Reagan’s appearances, such as the 1988 Reagan-Gorbachev Summit in Moscow and a NATO meeting in Brussels. She is also the founder of Practical Protocol, a global events management organization for dignitaries. She was also a Burger King franchisee, building ten restaurants in Northern Virginia. She’s also the co-founder of the nCourage Entrepreneurs Angel Investment Group, which now has a portfolio of about a dozen startups.
