It’s important to take the time to get to know the people behind the job titles and build genuine relationships with those we work alongside. By fostering authentic connections, we create a more supportive and understanding workplace culture. Thank you for joining us for this important conversation. Remember, if you or someone you care about is facing a mental health crisis, you don’t have to face it alone.
