It's where Harmony grew up and Lumon used to own a huge Ether Mill.The Ether Mill is long gone. With it went most of the residents. The ones who remain are dirt poor and addicted to ether. Celestine "Sissy" Cobel lives out on the point all alone in that very solitary house.
