It can impact life and death and quality of life.  We need Strategy, Plans and Action to Address the Privacy, Impact of Algorithm Bias  in Health and Healthcare, and other aspects of Trustworthy AI such as Explainability.In this podcast I speak with Tamra Moore who is one of a handful lawyers in the US associated with legal issues on the use of AI/ML in healthcare, she also has a degree in Biomedical Ethics.I am Pamela Gupta, CEO Trusted AI and host for the thought leadership series Trustworthy AI : De-risk business adoption of AI. Responsible AI in Legal Profession

In this episode of Trustworthy AI: De-Risk adoption of AI on  Responsible AI uses in Legal profession, I talk with Dr Megan Ma, MIT Law Responsible Task Force member that was formed to address growing concerns around the responsible and ethical use of AI in the legal profession following the infamous incident of a New York attorney submitting a fake, ChatGPT-generated brief in federal court and subsequently being fined $5,000.Dr Ma is a Fellow and the Assistant Director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science, and Technology and the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics (CodeX). Her research focuses on the translation of legal knowledge to code, considering its implications in contexts of human-machine interaction. She also teaches courses in computational law and insurance tech at the Law School.She has taught courses in Artificial Intelligence and Legal Reasoning, Legal Semantics, and Public Health Law and Policy.
