Christianity and Religion in the Development of Society | Apologist's Handbook Ep. 03
Send us a textOftentimes, we hear the idea that Christianity is the cause of a lot of the injustices in the world. In this video, we examine the actual role that Christianity, and in some extention, religion as a whole played in the development of society and how this impacts our lives. To me, there is no better way to understand the role of Christianity than to turn to a bit of history and also understand where each of us approach the topic from. Of course, not all ideas are the same, and we have to approach every argument individually, but I hope this provides some food for thought.--------------------------To check out more about my content feel free to go to my YouTube Channel Apologetics for All to access clips and extra discussionsSupport the show--------------------------If you would want to support the channel and what I am doing, please follow me on Patreon: www.patreon.com/christianityforall Where else to find Josh Yen: Philosophy YT: https://bit.ly/philforallEducation: https://bit.ly/joshyenBuisness: https://bit.ly/logoseduMy Website: https://joshuajwyen.com/

The Dangers of Critical Race Theory | A Citizen's Handbook Ep. 03
Send us a textCritical Race Theory is one of the big "intellectual" developments in the world of academia and society. In this video, we examine the implications of this ideology and its philosophy, discussing whether it is worthwhile, or perhaps, more importantly, why it can lead to dangerous offshoots and ideological twists. To me, there are a lot of dangers to believing in Critical Race Theory and spreading it to people in society because it surrounds a very important concept, that of individual responsibility and effect. By blaming everything on a foreign system or an institution, moral guilt and blame is shifted in a radically dangerous way. I hope you enjoy this video and find it thought-provoking.I want to make it very clear that this is in no way supporting racial discrimination or disrespect. Rather, it is a warning that one must not make "racial discrimination" the only problem or the main topic when discussing personal development. --------------------------To check out more about my content feel free to go to my YouTube Channel Apologetics for All to access clips and extra discussionsSupport the show--------------------------If you would want to support the channel and what I am doing, please follow me on Patreon: www.patreon.com/christianityforall Where else to find Josh Yen: Philosophy YT: https://bit.ly/philforallEducation: https://bit.ly/joshyenBuisness: https://bit.ly/logoseduMy Website: https://joshuajwyen.com/

The Dialectics of Sin, God and the Nature of Redemption
Send us a textSin is one of the most mystical experiences of humanity. We all know what it is, we all experience with it, we all wrestle with it. But at the same time, there appears to be a dialectical twist to said sin in which you are able to draw closer to the good through the sin. Warren and I will discuss this phenomenon whilst also discussing the nature of God and the divine.

The Importance of Asking the Right Question | Civilian's Handbook
Send us a textSometimes in the world, the question dictates the answers. As a result, it is very important that we not only ask the right questions but also be wary of trick questions out to trap us. In this video, we examine this phenomena, going through simple but deceptive questions like "does God exist?" or "should a woman have a right over her own body?" I hope you find this discussion helpful and thought-provoking.--------------------------To check out more about my content feel free to go to my YouTube Channel Apologetics for All to access clips and extra discussionsSupport the show--------------------------If you would want to support the channel and what I am doing, please follow me on Patreon: www.patreon.com/christianityforall Where else to find Josh Yen: Philosophy YT: https://bit.ly/philforallEducation: https://bit.ly/joshyenBuisness: https://bit.ly/logoseduMy Website: https://joshuajwyen.com/

A Citizen's Handbook | An Introduction
Send us a textHeidegger said life is "being-in-the-world" and I totally agree. It is one thing to play around and flirt with high and lofty ideas, but it is also important to acknowledge and wrestle with their physical and spiritual consequences in our lives. Therefore, I feel it is integral that we start a social discourse platform or series on this channel to develop our understanding about the world.

The Purpose of Theodicy and the Problem of Evil | Apologist's Handbook Ep. 02
Send us a textThe problem of evil has managed to stand the test of time as one of the strongest arguments in the field of apologetics. As a result, I have decided that we should approach the problem of evil as the next part of this series on The Apologist's Handbook. Now the problem of evil is massive, and there is really no direct way in which we can tackle the problem in one video, as a result, to do the topic justice, I plan to go over it separately in multiple videos, each video discussing a specific aspect of the video. In this video, we go over the purpose of theodicy, why we make it, and what we should keep in mind when we discuss this problem. I hope you enjoy.
