Ginny Jablonski had a near-death experience when her lungs stopped working as the result of a long-term illness. Dr Natasha Tassell-Matamua had her Near-Death Experience after succumbing to a sudden high fever at the age of 18. She describes being transported through a tunnel of light, leading to an encounter with an other-worldly being. This experience, combined with a curiosity for the afterlife has guided her in her research. David Bennett had a profound near death experience when he drowned after being flung off a vessel at sea during a storm. He was missing for quite some time, before being swept back up onto the vessel, a changed man. After experiencing a detailed life review, he now knew things about his future, and that things would not always be straight forward in the years to come. Dr. Laurence Brock had a Near Death Experience following a car accident in 1976.
