Have you ever said something you wished you could take back? What we say matters. Our words have the power to tear down or build up. They make a difference, so much that the Bible tells us that they either bring life or death. There is no in-between. It’s time to align the words we speak about ourselves, others, and our circumstances with God’s Word. Let’s take the lies captive and replace them with His truth!

Proverbs 1:1–7 NLT. These are the proverbs of Solomon, David’s son, king of Israel. Their PURPOSE is to teach people wisdom and discipline, to help them understand the insights of the wise. Their purpose is to teach people to live disciplined and successful lives, to help them do what is right, just, and fair. These proverbs will give insight to the SIMPLE, knowledge and discernment to the YOUNG. Let the WISE listen to these proverbs and become even wiser. Let those with understanding receive guidance by exploring the meaning in these proverbs and parables, the words of the wise and their riddles. Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge, but FOOLS despise wisdom and discipline.

We live in a world where people search for peace in everything—except in the One who can actually give it. What many of us call "peace" is actually escape. Jesus took our sin, our shame, and our sickness upon Himself on the cross so that we could be healed. It’s a truth we can rest in because the Word of God is His will, and the Bible shows us who He is through His names. One of the names God declares Himself is Jehovah Rapha, which means “the Lord who heals.” We can have faith for healing because it’s who our God is!
