Have we been being lied to by the Liberals?  Environment and Climate change Canada knew that the carbon tax would be a financial hit to you despite the rebates.  Did the government actively hide and lie to you about this? 

This is a horrific story and the driver deserves much more time than the two sides are discussing.  Not for a minute do I believe that she didn’t know she had hit the cyclist.
