John and Arvin close season 9 with a discussion about the importance and impact of being on a team. Most people who grow up playing sports don't end up playing professionally as a career, but the principles and character developed in the process enable them to approach life with the right perspective. After deriving several parallels between sports and ministry teams, the two men discuss the overarching goal God seeks to accomplish in a human's life: aligning each human soul with His heart in order for them to trust God not only as their Lord, but also their Father.

In episode 9, John and Arvin delve into the realities of leadership in ministry, the important sacrifices every person must make in order to last long in any profession, and the long-term fruit of staying faithful in the place God plants you. 

In episode 8, John and Arvin discuss the parallels between physical stretching and the preparation season one must encounter before entering their God-given assignment in life. The conversation weaves through topics such as setting a stable pace for your life, rediscovering more Godly motivations, and trusting God to prepare you for what only He knows lies ahead for your life.

In episode 7, John and Arvin discuss the skillful art of "WINGING IT." While the conversation begins with ministry adjacent responsibilities, it eventually morphs into a larger-scale discussion about how one approaches a rhythm and pace of life and the potential underlying motives beneath being in desperate need to control everything.

In episode 6, John and Arvin discuss the post-Easter season of life at Victory and how they receive/consider feedback on the Easter production. They also dive into the importance of being oneself in professional environments as opposed to pretending to be just like everyone else in order to survive socially.
