The Big Ten preseason poll is out, and Penn State has been picked for the No. 1 spot. On this episode, Jason Whitlock breaks down the rankings and argues that Nittany Lions head coach James Franklin is over-rated and will not, despite the hype, be winning the Big Ten championship. Franklin, who Whitlock labels the "Great Black Hope,” is the conference’s Gerry Cooney: The wins on his record have been racked up against such non-heavy hitters as SMU and Boise State, while his teams’ performance against top teams has been pitiful.
