Wegovy, (often referred to as Ozempic) was approved by the FDA in June 2021. Have you seen the JD Vance memes that have been circulating the internet? In them, the meme creators have increased his body size to make him look fat and then laugh at the idea of him being fat. That's the joke. So hilarious (/s). JD Vance who is a horrible human, is being critiqued because of his appearance.
