Dr. Kelly Bradley was born and raised in the Valle Vista / Kingman, Arizona area. Her goal as a young child was to go to college and return home to help the community with all their oral health needs.  Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona was her undergraduate stepping stone where she obtained a B.S. Degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry with Pre-Med Emphasis and graduated with Cum Laude Honors. The journey to obtaining her Doctorate of Medicinal Dentistry (D.M.D.) took her to Portland, Oregon. Dr. Bradley graduated from Oregon Health & Science University in 2008, then returned home. Dr. Howard Pactovis has been in the dental field for well over forty years. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. For the last twenty-five years Dr. Pactovis has been exclusively in the safety and risk prevention area relative to the dental field. Dr Ahron Jodaikin is an expert in the fields of tooth structure, dental materials and tooth restoration interfaces. His pioneer research at the molecular level, has been recognized and achieved awards, including the Elida Gibbs Research Award, the Colgate Palmolive Prize, and the Weizmann Institute Reshof Memorial prize. Dr Jodaikin received his dental BDS and MSc degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa , and thereafter his basic science PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel. Dr. Robert Gregg has been using lasers clinically since 1990, including CO2, FRP Nd:YAG, FRP Ho:YAG, surgical Argon, CW diodes and Er:YAG. He has lectured both nationally and internationally on the subject of clinical laser applications. Dr. Brandon Kroffke is a general dentist from Cleveland, Ohio. He is only five years out of The OSU COD and less than one year into ownership. Stanley F Malamed is a dentist anesthesiologist and emeritus professor of dentistry of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of U.S.C., formerly the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He is author of three textbooks: Handbook of Local Anesthesia; Medical Emergencies in the Dental Office, and Sedation: a guide to patient management. Bob Laing was born and raised in Van Wert, Ohio which is located in rural Northwest Ohio. His Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather have all been dentists, working in the same family practice which has been serving the Van Wert community for 80+ years.   Bob graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2016 where he completed two Bachelor’s Degrees in Zoology and Political Science. He is currently a second year student at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After graduation he plans to return home to work with his Father, and serve as a fourth generation dentist in his family’s practice.   Throughout his experience as a front desk and dental assistant in the family practice during his high school and college years, Bob developed a passion to learn more about the human relations and business aspects of dentistry. During his first year of dental school he learned about the Dentistry Uncensored podcast from a friend and classmate and began listening and learning as much as he could from the many resources that Dentistry Uncensored and dentaltown had to provide.   Laing discovered the 30 Day Dental MBA program after he joined dentaltown and began listening to the program every chance he got. After listening to the 30 Day MBA series a couple times completely though, Bob has developed a list of notes and questions for Dr. Farran to see if there are any updates, or additions that could be made to the curriculum now 18 years after its release.

Dr. Brandon Ryff grew up in Tempe Arizona, and attended the University of Arizona, where he graduated with dual degrees in Physiology from the College of Medicine, and Molecular & Cellular Biology from the College of Science. Upon graduation, Dr. Ryff then attended the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. After Dental School, Dr. Ryff became an associate in a small group of privately owned dental practices in Arizona.  Subsequently, this group was approached and acquired by a national DSO backed by private equity investors. This transition was a complex process that Dr Ryff found very interesting. Watching his father-in-law successfully serve as the President & CEO of a multibillion-dollar international corporation only further fueled Dr. Ryff’s interest in business and executive leadership. Accordingly, Dr Ryff then completed a 2-year business program, earning a Professional Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University Extension School.   Alongside completing his business program and practicing dentistry, Dr. Ryff was also appointed Vice President of Business Development within the private equity DSO group that had acquired the practice Dr. worked at. Dr. Ryff was involved in multiple acquisitions made by the DSO from 2013-2015, during which time the company ranked # 14 for the Inc 500’s fastest growing companies in America.   A drastic shift in executive leadership and corporate strategy at the DSO prompted a strategic transition for Dr Ryff himself. In August 2016, Dr Ryff left the corporate practice environment and acquired a private practice in Paradise Valley Arizona. During the first year, Dr Ryff applied knowledge he had gained from his tenure in business development and business school to create a unique team environment. After hearing through social media of a themed ‘team-unity lunch’, held in good fun to help mend wounds of the 2016 post-election divide, the Washington Post featured an article about the unique atmosphere and team at Dr. Ryff’s practice.   Among many factors, the leadership and management lessons Dr. Ryff acquired through his work and educational experiences contributed to a 33% growth in his new practice during the first year. Behind the scenes, Dr. Ryff negotiated improved terms with suppliers, vendors and labs with whom he had previously established positive relationships. On the front line, Dr. Ryff focused on leadership and worked to build a culture of positivity and appreciation.
