Dr. Geisinger received her B.S. from Duke University, her D.D.S. from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, and her Certificate in Periodontology and Master of Science degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.  She is an Associate Professor, Director of Advanced Education in Periodontology, and Director of Faculty Development and Support in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.  Dr. Geisinger is a Diplomate in the American Board of Periodontology. She is the Immediate Past President of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, AAPF, a Trustee of the American Academy of Periodontology, AAP, the Chair of the AAP’s Women in Periodontics Task Force. She is a member of the American Dental Association’s Council on Scientific Affiairs and Chair of the ADA’s Seal Subcommittee. Dr. John Sorrentino started his practice in 1991 with a commitment to patient care through education. He believes that with proper care everyone can maintain their teeth for a lifetime. Dr. Sorrentino grew up in the Hudson Valley. He received his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. In 2003 he was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. The fellowship is symbolic of Dr. Sorrentino's commitment to life long learning and bringing the highest quality dental care to his patients. Dr. Steffen Hohl studied medicine and dentistry at the Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany.
