Melissa Turner is a dental hygienist who currently holds various roles within the dental industry—as an influencer, thought leader, advisor, and consultant. With the unique experience of practicing dentistry across the country, she is an expert in mobile dentistry as both a for-profit and non-profit delivery model. In addition to running a non-profit mobile program in Minnesota, she is founder of I Heart Mobile Dentistry Facebook community and is launching the first ever National Mobile Dentistry Conference in the spring of 2020. Melissa’s current goal is to re-frame the traditional views of hot-topic issues like teledentistry, direct access and independent hygiene practice, dental therapy, as well as the rise of the millennial workforce. She is an Executive Moderator for the Dental Peeps Network and works internally with companies such as onDiem, Floss Bar, and MouthWatch. Her latest advocacy efforts include launching a nationwide hashtag campaign, #LoveInTheWorkplace, in an effort to bring back love-as-an-action into dental practices everywhere.

Dave Monahan is the CEO of Kleer and has a passion for creating technology-enabled businesses that improve people’s lives. Prior to joining Kleer, Dave served as the President and CEO of FitLinxx, a leader in the wearables market, where he created simple, affordable and connected wearable devices for the medical and sports markets. FitLinxx devices enabled patients to monitor and manage chronic conditions and athletes to monitor and improve their performance. FitLinxx partnered with over 50 leading fitness and health companies to embed Fitlinxx devices and data platform into customized applications. While at Microsoft from 1999 to 2006, Dave developed new product, market and partnering strategies that helped Microsoft and thousands of Microsoft partners enter new markets and grow.

A bilingual native of Montreal, Dr. Sam Daher received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from McGill University (Montreal) with distinction in 1994 then practiced general dentistry for a few years before returning to Université de Montréal to complete a Masters’ degree and specialty in orthodontics. Currently living and practicing in Vancouver, Dr. Daher operates 5 very successful orthodontic practices across Canada: in Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal, where he treated over 6,000 Invisalign cases of varying complexities. He was the top Invisalign submitter globally 2009-2011 and remains one of the top 5 single-provider submitters in the world. He currently uses the ClearCorrect system from Straumann as his choice of Clear Aligners. He is an active member of both American & Canadian Association of Orthodontists (AAO & CAO) and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO).

Hemesh Surana is a seasoned techie. He spent 15+  year at Oracle before starting his software venture, patientXpress. This venture started as a hobby to help his dentist wife, who had purchased a boutique dental practice few years back. He wore many hats in dental office and observed closely to find many broken processes, inefficiencies which costs 1000s of dollar in revenue leakage. Dr. Medicetty has more than 10 years of executive management and commercialization in Healthcare. He has been providing financial and operational management support for his spouse’s dental practices over the last 10 years. Growing up in sunny Los Angeles, CA, Judy McIntyre wanted to become a dentist ever since she was a little girl. She attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. At Harvard, she performed research on dental unit waterline biofilms. After graduation, Dr. McIntyre obtained a coveted endodontics residency position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Alongside renowned researchers in the field of endodontics, traumatology and pediatric dentistry, her thesis and research regarding traumatic dental injuries (her true passion and great interest) has been published in numerous professional journals.

Hitesh Tolani is the founder and CEO of virtudent, the leading provider of mobile dental clinics and teledentistry services, making dental care more easily accessible for busy employees at some of the world's most renowned employers. The virtudent model not only brings the dental office onsite, but also focuses on lowering costs, reducing iatrogenic care, and providing patients the transparency necessary to make more knowledgeable decisions regarding their healthcare. As the founder of virtudent, the first commercial teledentistry practice in the United States, Dr. Tolani has been named Benco Dental's 40 under 40 US. dentists. Dr. Tolani is also a Harvard President's Challenge Winner, a Tufts 100K Winner, and a Mass Challenge Winner. 

Keith Washington is the VP of Products for ProSites and has 30 years of software management experience and 5 years in the dental industry. Keith has a degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and has led product transformations at many successful companies. Keith started in Product Management at Intuit’s TurboTax division where he led a transition to web-based tax software. Later, he became the VP of Product Management at a leading Financial Planning software company and most recently worked at Active Networks, the largest SaaS event management company in the world.

Kerry Maguire, DDS, MSPH is Associate Clinical Investigator and Vice President for Clinical Operations at the Forsyth Institute in Cambridge, MA. She serves as the Director of ForsythKids, a community-based prevention program serving over 2500 children in sixty sites throughout Massachusetts. Dr. Maguire holds adjunct faculty positions at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the University of Washington School of Dentistry. She is also co-founder and chair of the non-profit Options for Children in Zambia. Dr. Maguire completed her dental degree at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 1988 and earned a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry the following year. In 1993, she received a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She has experience in dental education and industry, having previously held positions at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry (1989-1996), Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals (1996-1999), Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (1999-2003) and Tom’s of Maine (2003-2009). Dr. Maguire is the general dentist representative on the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Board of Trustees (2014-2020). She serves as chair of the Better Oral Health for Massachusetts Coalition and is a gubernatorial appointee to the board of The Children’s Trust, the Commonwealth’s private-public partnership to stop child abuse. She is active in the American Association of Public Health Dentistry and other national and international organizations dedicated to oral health and health access. Her professional career has focused on oral health access for vulnerable children and other populations, applied interventions, community advocacy, workforce innovations and sustainable systems promoting oral and overall health.

Cris started in dentistry at 18 working as a receptionist but she knew in the 6th grade that she wanted to be a dental hygienist. She began her career as a dental hygienist in 1992 and practiced for the first 19 years in Flint Mi. She took a leap of faith and moved her family to Hampstead NC to live by the sea, and it fit. Cris has a love for dentistry and after moving to NC she realized there were a lot of things that were turning people sour toward dentistry. She teamed up with her current boss and has helped him turn his 3 dental practices around with a goal to acquire 7 more. She is passionate about turning offices around and helping people love coming to work again. She strives on making a difference for others in their professional and personal lives with speaking, writing and mentoring.
