Andy Graham has nearly 40 years of investment, advisory and financial services experience. He has worked with a wide variety of businesses sectors and stages. Mr. Graham has demonstrated the ability to identify companies with unique products or services, and he has actively supported their growth. Andy Graham’s first experience with dental support organizations was acquiring the assets of Upstate Dental, the predecessor to Aspen Dental. Upstate was a seven-office group practice with offices in northern New York and Connecticut. After the business was stabilized, Upstate completed the acquisition of a three-office group owned and operated by Bob Fontana. Soon thereafter, the company was re-formed as Aspen Dental Management and Bob Fontana was named its CEO. Mr. Graham served as Aspen’s Chairman. From 1997 to 2006, Aspen developed all aspects of its business model and grew exclusively through organic measures from 10 to 100 offices, generating annualized revenue and earnings growth of 30% and 31%, respectively. Ares Capital acquired Aspen Dental in 2006. Today, Bob Fontana remains CEO of Aspen. Bob’s leadership has built the company into one of the largest and most successful dental practice management companies in the industry.

Dr. Leibow graduated with honors for the Indiana School of Dentistry and immediately went to Boston for a 2 year residency and received a masters degree along with a certificate for Endodontics. He was taught by Dr. Herb Schilder, one of the icons of Endodontics and the father of warm vertical condensation. He was the 5th Endodontist to open a practice limited to Endodontics in the metropolitan Phoenix area. He is presently an Assistant Professor and full time Co-Director of Endodontics.

Richard earned his Bachelor’s degree in cello performance from the University of Utah in 2010 while working full-time at an asphalt plant near Salt Lake City. Before dental school, Richard worked at an asphalt plant, as a musician, a web developer, and was training to become a pilot. Once he discovered dentistry, he never looked back.

Dr. Sam Low provides dentists and dental hygienists with the tools needed for successfully managing the periodontal patient in general and periodontal practices. As an associate faculty member of the L.D. Pankey Institute for 20 years and Professor Emeritus, University of Florida, College of Dentistry, Dr. Low’s many years’ experience training dental professionals is evident in his straightforward, informative, and entertaining teaching style. Dr. Low’s presentations focus on creating positive interactions between dentists, periodontists, and dental hygienists through communication skills and continuous quality improvement to enhance esthetics, tooth retention, and implant placement. Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), Chief Executive Officer of Clinicians Report Foundation (CR), and a Practicing Prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah, School of Dentistry. Gordon has presented thousands of hours of continuing education globally, made hundreds of educational videos used throughout the world, and published widely. Dr. Klemma has been a lifetime student of dentistry. After graduation from Loyola Dental school he started private practice in a suburb of Chicago. He was an instructor at Loyola Dental school for 8 years. Besides the hundreds of hours of continuing education that he participated in, he has written 2 articles on aesthetic dentistry and 1 article on pulp protection using Thera-cal by Bisco. He is currently a Clinical Director for Heartland Dental and lectures on Diode lasers for use in hygiene and clinical Dentistry.

Dr. Krieger is a 1998 graduate of New Jersey Dental School. He started his private practice in Franklin Lakes NJ in 2002 from scratch. In 2019 his revenue will approach 2 million dollar at a 40+% profit margin. He works less that 28 hours per week, has a total of 4 operatories with 3 FT hygiene columns, and accepts PPO’s. He started Million Dollar PPO Coaching and Consulting in 2010 in order to help dentists understand and grow their businesses in today’s new and challenging environment. He believes in profitability through efficiency. He and his coaches have helped hundreds of practices throughout the US grow and thrive. He lectures nationally on practice management, CAD CAM integration, and the business of Dentistry.

Dr. Graham Craig AM, MDS, PhD, FRACDS is currently scientific advisor to Dental Outlook. He was formerly Associate Professor in the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Sydney and subsequently, Director of the Dental Health Foundation at the University of Sydney. His clinical interests have involved the use and evaluation of materials and procedures for minimal intervention dentistry as well as the use of metal fluorides in caries prevention. He has a chemistry background with his PhD being a study of iron fluorides as one of the metal fluorides group. He has published 34 papers in refereed scientific journals throughout the world and has presentedover 200 post-graduate courses and lectures.

Dr. Lynn Hurst was born in Corpus Christi, Texas (1957), the middle of 3 children, to Reverend Chester Clive Hurst, Jr. and Dorothy Mae Owens Hurst. Dr. Hurst graduated from A.C. Jones High School (Beeville, Texas), in 1975 and Southwestern University (Georgetown, Texas), in 1979, with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) major degree in Biology and minor degree in Chemistry and was a research assistant for 1 year at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. In 1984, Dr. Hurst received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with Honors (Omicron Kappa Upsilon) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dental School. In 1986, Dr. Hurst simultaneously earned his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, College of Dentistry and Master of Science (MS) degree in Orthodontics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Graduate College. In 2017, Dr. Hurst co-founded Candid, as Chief Dental Officer, to help usher in the first orthodontist directed teledentistry/teleorthodontics healthcare dental service organization, with a mission to provide accessible, affordable, quality and safe oral healthcare to everyone who desires a beautiful and healthy smile.

Dr. Agatha Bis is a practicing dentist in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and the founder of UPB Dental Academy, which is an online learning platform for dentists looking to improve, grow, or change something about their practice. She has been in practice for 23 years, currently working 4 days a week, with no weekends or evenings. Her practice has 5 full-time hygienists, and completely fee for service. Lauren Kelly, Director of Strategic Markets, received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of North Texas and has been in the dental plan industry for more than eight years. She began her career at Careington International Corporation in account management where she helped clients develop strategies to grow their business and served as their primary contact for their day-to-day needs. In 2015, Lauren transitioned into a sales and management role and currently oversees the Launch Loyalty sales and support teams. Lauren specializes in helping dental groups develop custom in-house discount plans for their offices. She has been integral in the development and strategy of the Launch Loyalty platform and has extensive experience in helping dental groups develop and refresh their in-house discount plans.
