Dr. Alessandro Devigus received his degree from Zurich University, Switzerland, in 1987. Since 1990 he has worked in his own private practice with a focus on CAD CAM and Digital Dentistry. Dr. Joel C. Small is a board certified executive leadership coach, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and endodontist. He received his dental degree and endodontic training from the University of Texas at Houston. He later attended Texas Tech University where he received his Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in healthcare management. Dr. Small received his post graduate certification in executive coaching from the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Dr. Edwin A. McDonald III received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Economics from Midwestern State University. He earned his DDS degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. Dr. McDonald has completed extensive training in dental implant dentistry through the University of Florida Center For Implant Dentistry. Dr. Norris is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. He then moved to Washington, D.C. where he completed a General Practice Residency at the V.A. Hospital followed by orthodontic specialty training at Howard University, graduating as valedictorian with the highest GPA in the program's 25-year history. After serving as an Air Force orthodontist in Misawa, Japan, Dr. Norris returned to San Antonio, TX in 1998 and opened a thriving private orthodontic practice. He holds several patents and trademarks, and is the inventor of the Norris 20/26 Passive Self-Ligating Bracket System. Dr. Tanya Schulz Peterson was born and raised in Burnsville, MN, and attended the College of St. Benedict and St. Cloud University, where she attained my Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. She graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1997. Her practice was started as Schulz Family Dental by her father in 1970, and she has worked in all areas of the office since 1987. She has over 23 years of experience and is highly skilled in all aspects of dentistry. She and her husband Jeff have a son and a daughter along with a cat and a dog. Dr. Christopher "Chris" Bingham received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in 1998.
