Grant Stucki is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Denver, CO. He did his dental training at UCLA and his surgery training at the U of Illinois in Chicago. Jesse Pelletier MD, FACS completed his ophthalmology residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and fellowship training in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Nick Greenfield is the CEO of Candid, an oral health care company focused on redefining the orthodontics category with the first ever clear aligner system geared toward telehealth-first care. Phillip Zelmanow earned his dental degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, after earning his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany. He has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, specifically selecting courses focusing on full mouth rehabilitation. Recent training in restoration of complex implant cases allows him to give patients rock-solid replacements for missing teeth. He is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results with a high emphasis on comfort. He is honored to have been named a Connecticut Magazine® Top Dentist for the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016. Dr. Atwood earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta in 2003. While there, he completed his U.S. board exams and earned awards for the student with the greatest potential in fixed prosthodontics (crowns and bridges) and orthodontics. Dr. Atwood got licensed for Texas and moved to Midland where he practiced from 2005 through 2011. In January 2012, Dr. Atwood purchased the practice of Dr. James Edmondson, who had been practicing in Odessa for well over 30 years. Dr. Horton was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He received a degree in biology from Pacific Lutheran University, and later a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington. As a partner in the Affordable Dental Care network, Dr. Horton focuses on advanced surgical procedures including but not limited to: IV sedation, dental implants, implant dentures, wisdom teeth, bone grafts, sinus lifts and minor reconstructions. He has devoted many hours to advancing his education and earned his board certification in implants through the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Paige graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1975 with a degree in engineering technology and continued his education receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986 from Marquette University. He has used his knowledge of materials to enhance his passion in dentistry. Dr. Paige has been placing dental implants for years and enjoys this part of dentistry. He feels that no other discipline of dental work changes patient ability to eat as comfortably after tooth loss. He also holds a permit for intravenous conscious sedation in order to help patients who exhibit dental anxiety. Every day, for 11 years in a row, Jim Boyd woke up with a headache. As a dental student at USC, he was the senior resident in their TMD clinic, but the classic splint therapy that he was taught somehow allowed his own headaches to intensify as he simply clenched harder on the splint than without one. Three years into private practice Dr. Boyd determined that it wasn't his occluSION that was the cause of his headaches, but the frequency, duration, and most importantly, the intensity of his occlud-ING, (that is, clenching), that was perpetuating his pain. A few years later, Dr. Boyd developed the therapeutic protocol for an "enhanced deprogrammer", a device that would provide for incisal guidance in any mandibular excursion, thereby minimizing clenching intensity.
