Dr. Philip Gordon grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and has lived here most of his life. He received his bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Missouri in Columbia. His desire to learn about anatomical processes and biological sciences with the exposure to his father’s dental office early in life are what influenced his process to attend dental school. He then attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry Dental School where he received his DDS degree. Since then he has received hundreds of hours every year in Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry to stay on the forefront of the latest and greatest dental techniques and advancements.   Dr. Philip Gordon wants to establish great relationships with his patients and give them the best dentistry available. He enjoys all dental procedures, but has particular interests and emphasis in cosmetic smile design, surgical procedures, and implant dentistry.   Dr. Gordon and his wife, Lorie, have two young boys, Ben and Jack. Dr. Graham is an internationally recognized lecturer extensively involved in continuing education for dental professionals, focusing on incorporating current clinical advancements through “conservative dentistry.” He emphasizes in his teachings the same concepts he practices: dental health diagnosis, treatment plans for medically compromised patients, conservative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and customized approaches to periodontal care, implants and laser dentistry. Dr. Graham is a published author in many leading national and international dental journals. Dr. Sadineni graduated from University of California San Francisco and has over 17 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry. She is the current president of the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry, Master of Academy of General Dentistry, she is getting Accredited   with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in April of 2017 and she is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.   She completed more than 2,000 hours of continuing dental education, including 950 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques. She received Life Long Service recognition award with AGD this year. Her practice philosophy defines a commitment to quality and customized care. She takes care to listen to patients’ aesthetic concerns while determining their needs for optimal oral health.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare Sheldon Krancher has spent the last decade integrating Invisalign into practices globally, Sheldon has held positions that include Regional Development Manager and Director of Business Development for Align Technology in the US and Europe and currently provides Consulting Services to Align Technology. In these highly specialized roles Sheldon has had the unique opportunity to work with hundreds of practices in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland and across Europe. Sheldon has a true passion and proven track record of success with Invisalign Practice Integration. In 2012 Sheldon co-founded Clear Treatment Planning Solutions (ClearTPS) and in 2014 co-founded Clear Marketing Solutions. Sheldon lives with his wife and 3 children in Friendswood, Texas and enjoys traveling and starting new business ventures in the dental profession.

After completing his orthodontic training at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Hang joined the faculty there to teach orthodontics. He later established an orthodontic practice in rural Vermont.  After practicing traditional orthodontics for 7 years, he saw serious limitations in esthetics and function with the traditional approach to orthodontics.   In 1981 Dr. Hang embarked on a continuing education odyssey which has so far taken him to 50 states and over 30 foreign countries in a quest for a better way to do orthodontics.  In the process he moved to Southern California and developed a truly unique orthodontic practice with strong emphasis on facial esthetics achieved with innovative early treatment and adult treatment.  Approximately 15 years ago he became aware of the significant positive affect some of his treatments were having on the airway.  This opened up a whole new aspect of orthodontics - maximizing the airway for ALL orthodontic patients and specifically treating patients with SDB (sleep disordered breathing) or OSA (obstructive sleep apnea).   Dr. Hang recently trademarked the term Extraction Retraction Regret Syndrome™ or E.R.R.S.™ which describes a symptom pattern common to many dental patients in virtually all dental practices.  It is his treatment of E.R.R.S.™ and specifically reopening extraction spaces that has brought patients from more than 20 states and several foreign countries to his practice.  He is lecturing internationally about the new era of non-retractive orthodontics which represents a 180 degree paradigm shift for the orthodontic profession.

Dr Genecov has been practicing in the orthodontic field for many years, and the enjoyment and thrill of achieving excellent results are always very exciting to him. He feels very fortunate to be able to help the people in his community gain confidence and self-esteem, as well as a smile they can be proud to show off. His commitment to patients goes beyond his dental education. It extends to everything that makes his patients’ experiences comfortable and their results remarkable. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and continued on to Baylor College of Dentistry, where he earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and his master’s degree in orthodontics. He considers education a priority and now helps to teach the next generation of orthodontists and dentists as a clinical assistant professor in the graduate department of Orthodontics at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry. He is involved with several orthodontic study groups that help him stay up to date with the newest technological advances in the field. Worth Metroplex who has extensive experience in treating patients with cleft lip and palate and craniofacial anomalies. He was a volunteer faculty member at Southwestern Medical School for Children with Cleft Lip and Palate and Facial Deformities as well as for the Cardiovascular and Bone Regeneration Research at the Children’s Medical Center, and has lectured internationally on Orthodontic Treatment for patients with Cleft Lip and Palate.   Dr Genecov has also started and sponsored a North Texas Chapter of Smile for a Lifetime, a 501(c)3 non profit, in which Genecov Orthodontics provides orthodontic scholarships (pro bono treatment) to 6 needy children a year. The program is in its 4th year of existence in his office.   He is an active triathlete, an Ironman, enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, reading, and music. He and his wife Lisa reside in Dallas with their children, Adam and Becca.
