Dr. Michael (Mike) Ragan is a native of the Dallas area and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas Grade School and Bishop Lynch High School. He met his high school sweetheart and wife, Cindy at BL. He received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University where he was a baseball letterman for the Bears.   Doctor Ragan attended Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He received his post-graduate training in orthodontics from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, serving as chief resident. Doctor Ragan is a guest lecturer as well as the past Alumni president at Nova.   Doctor Ragan is a member of Baylor’s Odontological Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, Texas Association of Orthodontists, Greater Dallas Orthodontists Association, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society.   Doctor Ragan and his wife Cindy were married in 1994. Cindy is a teacher of a four-year-old pre-kindergarten class at the Episcopal School of Dallas. They have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Caroline. Ragan enjoys sports of all kinds including hunting, fishing, softball, soccer, and running. Dr Armond finished dental school in Iran in 2001, during his 6 years of practice in Iran, opened 3 offices, sold them with profit and immigrated to the US in 2008.   Being in the states for only 4 months, passed the Board exam and started Work-ing in the Glidewell lab , the biggest dental lab in the united states, in the re-search and development section for a year where he was involved with the de-velopment of the Surgical guides for Implant placement and with various digital technologies including digital scanning and Zirconia crowns. I was so honored to podcast interview Dr. Solita Yam DDS who is the first woman President of the Cambodian Dental Association, which has 430 members. The Cambodian Dental Association has an annual meeting every year in February for two days. The FDI (Federation Dentist International) always sends them three free speakers.
