Carrie Jeroslow
Every relationship is as unique as you are. Relationship Diversity Podcast aims to celebrate, question, and explore all aspects of relationships and relationship structure diversity. Together, we’ll bust through societal programming to break open and dissect everything we thought we knew about relationships. We’ll ask challenging and transformational questions, like: Who am I? What do I really want in my relationships? Am I in this relationship structure because it’s all I know or is it really the fullest expression of who I am? Being curious, having courage to look within, and asking these important questions creates the space for joy-filled, soul-nourishing relationships. Your host and guide, Carrie Jeroslow is an International Best-Selling Author, Conscious Relationship Coach, and Intuitive. Through this podcast, she helps to normalize discussions about all different kinds of relationship structures from soloamory to monogamy to polyamory, and everything in between. This is a space of inclusivity and acceptance. The time is NOW to shift the conversation to a new paradigm of conscious, intentional, and diverse relationships.Join in as we reimagine all that our most intimate relationships can become.

Ep. 016: Is Jealousy Keeping You Stuck?
Send us a textWelcome to the Relationship Diversity Podcast, where we celebrate, question and explore all aspects of relationship structure diversity from soloamory to monogamy to polyamory, and everything in between because every relationship is as unique as you are. Episode 016: Is Jealousy Keeping You Stuck? Join me for my first episode about jealousy. (I’m sure there will be many episodes on this topic!) I look at jealousy as an INDICATOR – a surface emotion that is hiding something bigger underneath it. Often, the moment we feel the sensation that we have labeled as jealous, we stop - the fear of feeling the discomfort keeping us stuck in old patterns. I’ll give you several steps to begin exploring what might be underneath your jealousy. This will support you in deeper healing and will ultimately give you the opportunity to deepen your relationships with others. Ep. 014: Is It Selfish to Love Yourself?
Send us a textWelcome to the Relationship Diversity Podcast, where we celebrate, question, and explore all aspects of relationship structure diversity from soloamory to monogamy to polyamory, and everything in between because every relationship is as unique as you are. Episode 014: Is it selfish to love yourself? In this episode, we will look at the idea of selfishness vs. selfless. When is it beneficial to be selfless and when is it important to be selfish? If you forgo your own health (mental, physical, emotional or spiritual) for someone else’s, you begin to experience a life lived for everyone else except yourself, which inevitably becomes a life lived for others while betraying yourself. We will also look at this spiritual principle: “Going inward is the first step in having a different outward experience.” This is very different than the narrative that is fed to us from every direction – that all my happiness (and sadness and fear) comes from outside of me. Join me as we come together to explore how this plays into all our relationships.
